• Competitor Discounts: One-time-only, personalized, or group-specific discounts (e.g., military or loyalty).
• Volume Discounts: Wholesale or bulk orders aren't eligible.
• Membership-Based Pricing: We do not match prices from retailers like BJ's, Costco, or Sams' Club.
• Discounter & Auction sites: Pricing from Ebay, Wayfair, Overstock and similar sites aren't eligible.
• Taxes: Tax differences won't be considered in a price match.
• Pricing Errors: We can’t honor prices that result from errors or misprints.

• The item must be in-stock on the competitor's website and must be sold by an authorized retailer
• The price match includes the product price, shipping costs, and applicable taxes

If you find an authorized retailer selling the same item at a lower price, simply email us at support@ovenelitehq.com with a link to the competitor site's product and we will credit you the difference.

• Once an order is placed and processed, price matching is no longer available for the item(s) in the order.
