**3-year Limited warranty**
Empava will provide free-of-charge, non-consumable replacement parts for failed components due to manufacturing defects during the warranty period. Subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below at its option, either repair or replace any part of its products that prove defective because of improper workmanship or material.
The warranty applies to the original owner and is non-transferable. To activate it, register your product within 14 days of purchase.

Shipping-Return Policy
Shipping Times: 5-7 business days
Empava Products may be returned within 30 days. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee based on the original price, plus any shipping fees. Installed, damaged, used, and refurbished items are not eligible for returns.
Shipping Damage: Upon delivery, please inspect the box for damage and refuse delivery if there is visible damage on the external box. Be sure to note the damage on the bill of lading and take pictures. Once you have refused the delivery, please contact our Customer Service team to schedule a reship of the product.
