- The gas range features a deep recessed design with automatic reignition, ensuring a continuous flame. In the event of accidental extinguishing, it reignites automatically. The control knobs are made of zinc alloy, and feature LED lights, allowing you to check their status from a distance quickly.
- The gas range, crafted with stainless steel, showcases a stunning brilliant blue interior. You can set the temperature anywhere from 150°F to 500°F, providing precise control to achieve perfect and accurate cooking results. It is suitable for various cooking methods, such as broiling, baking, defrosting, dehydration, and preheating.
- The commercial convection fan, operated by push-button control, circulates heated air over, under, and around the food.
