White glove delivery comes standard with all Forno products. This includes delivery to a room of choice, up to 7 steps with two movers. Installation, debris removal, and haul-away are NOT included

If you have more than 7 steps, contact us before shipment, as additional fees will apply.

 

Please note that white glove delivery is not available to some rural communities. If this is the case, your order will be promptly canceled and fully refunded.

 

Return Eligibility

• 30-Day Window: Returns accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

• Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging (including accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shock-absorbent materials, and freight materials)

 

Non-refundable Expenses

• 30% restocking fee
• Original and return shipping costs
• Taxes, duties, and brokerage fees

 

Reporting Shipping Damage:
