Warranty Coverage
Futuro Futuro guarantees that all products will be free from material and workmanship defects for three (3) years from the original purchase date when used under normal household conditions in the Contiguous United States. This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser.

 

Eligibility

• Valid only for products purchased directly from authorized Futuro Futuro retailers.
• Applies to ordinary home use within the Contiguous U.S.

Warranty Inclusions

1. Full-Service Coverage (First Year):
   For 12 months from purchase, we will repair or replace defective components at no cost, as determined by our technical team.
2. Parts Protection (Years 1–3):
   Non-consumable replacement parts* will be provided free of charge if proven defective under normal use during the 3-year period.
   *Non-consumable parts: Components not designed for regular replacement (e.g., motors, structural elements).

Exclusions

This Warranty does not cover:

• Consumables: Light bulbs, filters, or similar wear-and-tear items.

• Improper use: Damage from incorrect installation, modifications to wiring, or failure to follow manuals.

• External factors:

  • Shipping damage unreported within 7 business days of delivery.
    

  • Accidents, natural disasters, fires, or third-party service errors.
    

  • Costs related to installation, uninstallation, or return shipping.

Void Conditions
Your warranty becomes invalid if:
⚠️ The product is installed improperly or modified (e.g., cutting the power cord for direct wiring).
⚠️ Damage results from negligence, commercial use, or unauthorized repairs.
