Shipping-Return Policy
Shipping Times: 2-5 business days
Hauslane Products may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee based on the original price, plus any shipping fees. Installed, damaged, used, and refurbished items are not eligible for returns.
Shipping Damage: Upon delivery, please inspect the box for damage. If there's damage present, take four photos of the damage and send them to support@ovenelitehq.com, along with your name and order number. We will then ship you a replacement unit.
