Shipping Times: 5-7 business days
Victory Range Hoods offers a 30-day return policy from the product delivery date. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus shipping fees. Installed, damaged, used, and refurbished items are not eligible for returns.
Shipping Damage: If the product is damaged, take photos of the damage and keep it in its original packaging. Then, contact us at support@ovenelitehq.com with your photos, order number, receipt, and description of the damage. So we can process a refund or exchange.
